Please follow our photo guidelines to make sure that the photos is good to be used. The photo needs to be take in good light(outdoor daylight is best) Make a photo at the eye level of your pet The closer to the head the better so we can see all the features of your pet Blurry photo will result in a blurry portrait Please make sure the ears are in picture Make sure the fur color in photo correspond to real life We will check the photo, if there are any issues with it we will contact you with request for new ones. Please be advised if we don't receive a new photo after we informed you that the quality of the one sent this can result in a poor portrait quality and in this case we cannot refund you the money, it's your responsibility to ensure that you send us a good quality photo. (Note: All examples on our website are created using good high quality photos.)
