The order process is simple and straightforward. 1. Decide on costume 2. Choose an option(the size) 3. Upload the picture of your fluffy friend 4. Add to cart and complete the order.

2. Can I add text to the portrait?

Please under comment specify what text would you like to be put on the portrait, for example, “His Royal Highness King Ludwig” and we would gladly make this for you.

3. Can I have more than one pet in one portrait?

Sure thing, we can add up to 9 pets in one portrait!

4. Will I see proof of my pet portrait before is printed?

We do provide proofs for approval before sending them to print. Your satisfaction is our goal!

5. How long does the process take?

The design of the royal pet portrait process may take up to 2-3 business days. The printed canvas will be received in 6-8 business days after the design is approved.
